The Theodore bunk bed ships via FedEx ground which takes about three to five business days. 

This bunk bed meets CPSC safety requirements with guard rails at the top to keep your child safe throughout the night.  The 2.4 inch thick posts, make this bunk bed strong and sturdy.  It supports at least 300 pounds per bed.  Plus the no VOC, water-based paint doesn't have any harmful chemicals.

Our Theodore bunk bed is designed to meet the needs of your children as they grow.  It can be separated into two twin beds with a few simple steps.  It can also be converted to one twin daybed (using the top guard rails on the back and sides) and one twin bed.  The ladder and slide are interchangeable and can be installed on either side of the bed.

You should keep at least 5 inches or more from the top of the mattress to the top of the guard rail, so an 8-inch mattress is the maximum height suggested.
