✔️ No Boxspring Needed: Our floor beds are available with or without a slat kit. The bed slats sit directly on the floor to elevate your mattress and allow air to flow underneath it. The toddler size slat kit comes with 10 slats, and the twin, full, and queen size slat kits come with 12 slats each.
