Do all of your products ship for free?

Yes.  It doesn't matter if you order one item or ten items, it all ships for free to the contiguous United States!  There is an additional fee to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.  Please email us at info@customkidsfurniture.com for a shipping quote outside of the contiguous United States.

What is Custom Kids Furniture’s return policy?

If you decide to return an item, you may ship it back to us within 60 days of the day you receive it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unassembled) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.You will be refunded the purchase price minus a 25 percent restocking fee.  If you damage an item after it is in your possession, you will need to pay for the damages.  

Please contact us for the return address before shipping your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If you see any damage to your shipment, please make a note on the delivery paperwork detailing the damage before you sign it!  Please contact us regarding items damaged during shipping or pieces with manufacturer defects.  We will resolve these issues to your satisfaction.  We cover damaged or defective items for 60 days. Rest assured these situations are rare, but if you do experience difficulties we will correct the situation.

What is your privacy policy?

At Custom Kids Furniture we respect your privacy and we do not share any customer information with anyone at anytime.

What is the warranty on my purchase?

We adhere to all manufacturer's warranties. For more specific information on your warranty, please email Customer Service or call us.

Do you offer financing?

No.  Unfortunately we do not offer financing at this time.  We do accept payment through PayPal and all major credit cards.

When will my item arrive?

Please see each item descriptions for shipping times.  Most of our items ship within 48 hours, however our toddler beds and toy boxes are custom built and painted for you and ship within 5 to 7 business days.

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?

Yes. Our website meets all Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards, which means our payment processor maintains a secure network, maintains a vulnerability management program, regularly monitors and tests networks, and protects cardholder data.  If you prefer to order without providing credit card payment online, simply call us at 816-284-6478 to order by phone.

Will Custom Kids Furniture send an order confirmation via email?

Yes, you will receive a purchase confirmation immediately following your order submission.

Do you charge sales tax for online orders?

Sales tax is charged for items shipped to Missouri.  Any taxes, duties, and other fees associated with items shipped outside of Missouri are the responsibility of the customer.
