✔️ Prioritizing Safety Above All Else - Our Aiden toddler floor bed is built with rails spaced less than 2 3/8 inches apart to meet crib safety standards to be as safe as possible.  This bed meets all applicable safety guidelines. Please note that this floor bed is not recommended for children under 12 months old due to mattress material and firmness. Crib mattresses are specifically designed to provide extra firmness for the safety of babies during sleep. Always adhere to safe sleep practices for your little ones, and discuss sleep decisions with your pediatrician who knows your child's individual needs.

It provides a great way to transition your kiddo from crib to big kid bed by providing low ground height and rails to prevent rolling out. The 4 inch feet can be added to the bed to continue to transition with your child. The house top is also removable and can be added or removed as desired. All four guard rails are removable too and the opening in the side rail can be installed on either side of the bed. Our matching Luca natural conversion kit and Luca white conversion kit are available for purchase to convert the Aiden bed in a regular twin bed, a low loft bed, or a bunk bed.

  • Does this bed require a box spring or bunkie board?

  • How much weight does it hold?

  • Hello, does this bed come with an optional gate?

    Hi Megan.  Our Aiden bed does not come with a gate.  We do have our Luca bed available with a gate now.  Please contact us if we can answer any other questions!

  • Is it possible to build the Aiden Toddler House Bed without the entry rail? I know you have the Bella model, but that one doesn't have legs.

    Hi Laura.  We have the Bella bed in stock now and you can purchase a set of legs to add to the Bella bed.  Please email us at help@customkidsfurniture.com to order the legs!

  • What is the average time for delivery after ordering?

  • Can you buy the house accessories separately?

    Hi Peggy. We can't sell the rails or the legs separately because they won't fit other beds. We do have some other accessories for sale here.

  • What are the dimension of the bed overall?

  • I wanted to check on how the white version actually looks. Is it a pure white or more of a white wash that still shows some of the wood grain? Thanks for your help!

  • Does the Aiden bed come in a full size? Or does the full Luca come with a house top option?

    Hi Julia.  Unfortunately we don't have a house bed available in full size at this time.  The Luca bed is coming in stock in full size, but not with a house top.  Please let us know if we can answer any other questions!

  • Hello, is the edge to the bed rail/opening rounded? I know the Luca bed has been updated to be rounded/curved but wasn’t sure if this one was too?

    Hi Victotia.  We don't have the Aiden bed in full size at this time.  We do have the Luca bed in full size coming in stock at the end of February.  The Luca bed is the same as the Aiden bed, but without the house top.  Please let us know how else we can assist you!

  • Can the shorter railing be affixed to either end of the bed? From the picture it seems only the bottom-right or top-left is is the accessible point, and I’d like a bottom-left or top-right opening based on the setup of our room.

  • Do you recommend an 8 or 12 inch mattress with this bed?

    Hi Margot.  An 8 inch or thinner mattress would work better with this bed to leave more of the railing exposed.  We're happy to answer any other questions you may have!

  • Hello! Can the rail with the opening be attached to either side or only to the left side?

  • Does a standard twin mattress fit tightly in this bed frame, or are there gaps?

  • Are you able to place this bed right on the floor without the risers?
