    • What is the weight limit in the bed? would it support an adult + child for story time before bed?

      Hello!  The manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 160 pounds for our Ava loft.  Please let us know if we can answer any other questions 😀.

    • Will this work with a 11” mattress? It’s between 10-11”

      Hi there.  A mattress that thick won't work with a loft bed or bunk bed.  It won't leave enough guard rail exposed.  The mattress should be less than 8 inches thick, and 5 or 6 inches thick is best!

    • Can I see a spec sheet for so I can confirm measurements?

    • Can you put the ladder on either side?

      Hello.  Yes the ladder can be installed on either side of the bed and the desk goes on the opposite end of the ladder.  Please let us know if we can answer any other questions!

    • How big is the dresser?
