  • Are the head and foot pieces of this bed reversible? I need a bed to face the wall where the drawers are on this bed, so I would need the head and foot swapped if possible.

    Hello.  The underbed storage drawers can be assembled on either side of the bed, so it should work for your space.  Please let us know if you have any other questions!

  • How far apart are the slats? How thick can the mattress be? How much weight can the bed hold? Is everything made of solid wood?

    Hi Youmie.  The slats are about 4 inches apart.  Any thickess of mattress will work with our Skyler bed.  The manufacturer recommends a maximum of 160 pounds for this bed.  The bed frame is made of solid wood.  The drawers are made of solid wood and mdf.  Please let us know if we can answer any other questions!
